(Reuters) – A new chapter of mass attacks began in Nice, France, in 2016 when a man drove a heavy truck into crowds of Bastille Day revelers. The driver of his pickup truck plowed into a crowd celebrating New Year's in New Orleans' French Quarter and opened fire, killing 10 people and wounding more than 35 others, in an early morning attack that the FBI said was a possible act of terrorism.
