“(Phypers’) aforementioned misconduct was intentional, willful, and was carried out for the purpose of depriving Plaintiff of property and/or legal rights or otherwise causing injury,” Perry says in the documents. “This despicable conduct exposes Plaintiff to cruel and unfair hardship in willful disregard of his rights.”
