“Trump was bought out for a billion dollars by Big Oil. Just a reward for the IRA murder and the Green New Deal. We know what will happen. More fires, more climate disasters, more death. The Los Angeles fires are a precursor to the atrocities to come.” Markie announced in a post on X.
Markey, who claims there is a “climate crisis”, also warned of the potential implications artificial intelligence (Amnesty International).
He noted that the increased use of artificial intelligence could lead to “a doubling of electricity demand in data centers by 2026,” “increased carbon emissions,” “shortages in water supplies,” and “e-waste.”
“We are already facing a climate crisis,” Markey warned. “We cannot allow artificial intelligence to make it worse.”
