Tottenham have taken a significant step in their quest to sign Randall Kolo Mwani, with chairman Daniel Levy and director of football Johan Lange reportedly traveling to France to negotiate a deal for the Paris Saint-Germain striker, according to an exclusive report from com.TheBoyHotspur.

This report states that Kolo Mwani is expected to cost around £55m, and the deal involves a financial arrangement said to appeal to the cost-conscious Spurs boss. Tottenham will not be required to pay Paris Saint-Germain until 2026, allowing the club to manage its finances strategically.
