Unlike this time last year, the transfer window in January was busy for the Premier League clubs, but who did the best work?

There was certainly some winners and losers.

Marcus Rashford to Aston Villa It was a surprise, while Mathys Tel to Tottenham It was a superior acquisition, albeit the second time the question.

Let's take a look at how each club evaluates it accordingly.

Whether you agree or do not agree to the classification, tell us in the comments!

Arsenal

in: us

outside: Josh Robinson, Marquinhus, Eden Hefen, Maldini Kakuri

classification: Not to bring anyone when Gunners strongly needs a short -sighted striker at the very least. Ayden Heaven's vision of the United is likely to be a major blow as well. 10/2

Aston Villa

in: Doni Malin, Andres Garcia, Marcus Rashford, Marco Asensio, Axel's disappearance

outside: Velogen, Diego Carlos, Filso Boendia, Logo Gushi, John Duran,

classification: Getting the highest dollar for the existence of sabotage in JHON Duran and a decent spoiled for Jaden Philogene in a good field. Bring Marcus Rashford, Marco Asensio and other experienced heads confirmed what the wonderful Unai Emery had in January. 9/10

Bournemouth

in: Matai akinboni, Kai Cramptom, Julio Sole, Zain Silcott-Dubery, Eli Junior Kroupi

outside: Philip Billing, Max Aarons, Mark Traves, Eli Junior Kroupi

classification: Some like them like the works carried out by the cherries, but their acquisition of Eli Junior Kroupi should not go under the radar. Wonderful talent for the future. 10/5

Bernard

in: Michael Caudi

outside: Ashley Hay, Val Adedokun, Jayden Meghoma, Tristan Crama, Ellery Balcombe, Tony Yogane, Mads Roarslev, Matthew Cox

classification: A mini -removal of bees was needed, and it was achieved with a little bang. It may take Michael Kayode for a short period of stability, but Thomas Frank showed a long time ago after his rule was trusted. 10/4

Brighton

in: Diego Gomez, Iran Cachein, Stefanus Tesimas

outside: Louis Zahra, the situation

classification: Although he was allowed to stay in Nuremberg on loan, Stefanus Tizimas is a sound purchase. In fact, a lot of brighton transportation works are always done with the group in the mind, and how the new signature will match. I have worked for them in the past few seasons, and there is no reason to believe that it will not be again. Evan Ferguson can be a great loss, but with a little chance to give it minutes, the loan was the best result. 6/10

Chelsea

in: Matis Amugo

outside: Alex Matos, Kay Carambon, Zain Silkot Dobiri, Max Merik, Renato Vega, Cesari Casadi, Calib Waili, Kareniri Chocomica, Ben Chiluel, Joao Felix, Axel Disasi

classification: Every time there is a transport window, the circus comes to the Stamford Bridge. The recent transportation work in Chelsea is still scratching a real head. Joao Felix again to allow him to leave again is just an example of some strange decisions in the blue half of West London. Who knows what the next! 10/3

Crystal Palace

in: Roman Ice, Bin Chiluel

outside: Asher Agbinone, JEMIAH OMOLU, Christ Francis, Luke Plan, Rob Holding, Jeffyy Suppy

classification: Palace has just started running the corner again, and Ben Chilwell's experience will be very useful. Roman Ace must prove that it is a balance of Oliver Glasner as well. 6/10

Everton

in: Carlos Carrez

outside: Charlie Whitaker, Harrison Armstrong

classification: David moyes had enough time to get his feet below the table, so the transportation work would always run a back seat in January. 10/3

Fulham

in: Willian

outside: Oli Sanderson

classification: At the time of writing this report, Willian's transfer has not been fully implemented, although the expectation is that it will pass as planned. Its 36 -year -old returns because your only inserted work is not great. 10/2

IPSTOC

in: Ben Godfrey, Jadin Velogin, Julio Inco, Alex Palmer

outside: Henry Gray, Harry Barbrouk, George Edmondson, Ali Al Hammadi, Harry Clark

classification: Kiran McKena needed a slightly shaking the Portman Road boat, and he will hope that the new additions will do so. It is possible to lend to the five players mentioned above in saving money at this stage. If Jaden Philogene in particular is able to deliver goods, there is an opportunity because the second half of the season can be an improvement in the first, but it may not be sufficient. 10/3

Leicester

in: the

outside: Tom Cannon, Hamza Chaudhry, Will Alves

classification: The decline filter if there is ever. When a big name was needed to breathe life at the King Power stadium, it can be said that Woyo Coullible was not expected. Shock from a window to a team that wants to stay awake. 1/10

Liverpool

in: us

outside: Rhys Williams, Marcelo Pitaluga, Calvin Ramsay, Thomas Hill, Stefan Bajcetic, Kaide Gordon

classification: If it is not broken, do not fix it. It is certain that any Annan and my acids in the summer about the lack of activity there was no this time. Arni's men were necessary. Locating young and margin players is completely logical. 10/8

Man City

in: Abdukodir Khusanov, Vitor Reis, Omar Marmoush, Christian McFarlane, Juma Bah, Nico Gonzalez

outside: Issa Kapoor, Josh Wilson Esberland, Kyle Walker, Juma Bah, Yaqoub Wright

classification: The loss of Kyle Walker was undoubtedly a blow to Pep Guardiola, but the strength and caliber of the players brought by the city in January – albeit at a large cost – could not be overcome. Do not bet against another title. 10/10

United Man

in: Patrick Durga

outside: Ethan Ennis, Joe Hogil, Ethan Williams, Anthony, Ethan Whitley, Daniel Gore, Marcus Rashford

classification: Currently, Man United is either a half -empty glass or half -glass. Patrick Durgo is an excellent addition, but it can be said that the Red Devils need a more major striker. The loss of Anthony and Marcus Rashford, while good works in her face, now, now let United shine at the forefront if the injuries begin to sting. INEOS needs Robin Amorim to fix things next summer. 10/3

Newcastle

in: us

outside: Isaac Hayden, Alex Murphy, Charlie Mac Arthur, Miguel Maryon, Lloyd Kelly

classification: Newcastle is clearly concerned about the loss of some big players. It is clear that not signing more as a direct result of the PSR. Looking at their European ambitions, January was poor for Edi and others. 10/2

Nutingham forest

in: Wayne Hennessy, Tyler Bendon

outside: Aaron Donlley, Andrew Umopamdili, Josh Bulaler, James Ward Pros, Louis O'Brien, Tyler Bendon, Emmanuel Dennis

classification: A window was neither bad nor great for forests. They are fine at the present time, although some intense additions have pushed them in the second half of the campaign. They do not want to live to regret their work in January. 10/3

Southampton

in: Welington, Rento Takaoka, Joachim Kayi Sanda, Albert Gronbaek, Victor UDOH

outside: Ronnie Edwards, Will Armetage, Ben Bretton Diaz, Samuel Amio, Gavin Pazono

classification: For a team that was really struggling, any of the new additions, with respect, would like to improve, with respect. The loans were undoubtedly necessary, and things look dark ever. 10/2

Tottenham

in: Yang Min-Hyeok, Antonin Kinsky, Kevin Danso, Mathys Tel

outside: Matthew Craig, Alplay Dorington, Yang Min Hyuk, Will Lanker

classification: In the end, Tottenham crossed the line with Matess Tel and can be the spark that Rignits Spurs. Other incoming transportation operations are also considered carefully acquisition. Ange PostCoglou may eventually have a lifeline. 6/10

West Ham

in: James Ward-Peerus, Evan Ferguson

outside: Maxwell Cornet, Michael Forbes

classification: It will never be busy with the hammers after their spending last summer. Evan Ferguson, if he can reach the highest shape, will be a shrewd purchase from Graham Potter, as James Ward Hades was repeating. Although this season is already a removal for iron, there is a similar feeling that they may do something more in this window. 10/5

Wolves

in: Emmanuel Agado, Nasser Deja, Dukhan Marshall

outside: Chem Campbell, Luke Cundle, we have multiple rates

classification: More than 40 million pounds spent by wolves on the three new signatures, so one cannot say they have not tried to buy their way out of trouble. Money will be spent well if they can help withdraw themselves from landing. 10/5
