“It was terrible for me, probably one of the worst matches I've played in my entire career,” Stroud said. “I just came out flat, and I didn't have any energy. I didn't drive the attack the way I should have.”
When asked specifically about the audience reaction, Stroud seemed to understand.
“People have the right to express their opinions,” he added. “They care about the game. Their emotions matter. I understand that. This isn't the first time, and it probably won't be the last. It's not something you internalize and point the finger at yourself, but it's something you can use that to motivate you.”

“I have a lot of football left in my career, I hope so, God willing. I know that this will be a story I will tell one day that will help me in the long term.”
The Texans' only points on the day came from the safety in the second quarter.
