Christina Aguilera The new year begins with an important message.
On Tuesday, the Grammy winner posted a video montage of Her Instagram Which included various snapshots of herself throughout the year and a slew of comments from online haters questioning her physical appearance Rumors about Ozempic is used. In the caption, Aguilera reminded her 10 million followers that although judgments are inevitable, “no one deserves an explanation.”
“This year, doing something a little different. This is a reminder to everyone that you are your own storyteller in your own life,” she wrote. “No one else can dictate who you are. No one deserves an explanation. I've evolved enough to know that Nothing comes easy “No one is perfect.”

“Everyone will judge you, no matter what you do,” she continued. “And/or what you don't do. Acceptance comes with accepting yourself first. And the sometimes difficult journey it takes to get there. I celebrate everyone who takes the time to put one step in front of the next every day in order to build the next version of themselves for the better, allowing yourself With grace, patience and respect.”
Although Aguilera's appearance sparked an online debate over whether she had become engaged to Ozempic, the “Beautiful” singer did not directly address the speculation.
Ozempic, a semaglutide injection, was originally approved by the FDA to treat type 2 diabetes, but the drug has increasingly been prescribed off-label for weight loss, along with several other similar medications.

In August, the pop singer – who is mum to Max, 16, and Summer, 10 – spoke about the pressure she has faced to look a certain way throughout her career.

“When you're a teenager, your body is completely different than when you're in your 20s,” she said. Sahar said. “I started out filling in the blanks, and then it was unacceptable because it was like, ‘Oh, you’re getting thicker.’ Then I had the industry people: ‘They loved your body and how you were a skinny teenager.’”
“I'm at the point of maturity now where I don't care what you think,” she added. “I'm not going to take over. It should be your responsibility to take up your own space. Other people's opinions of me are none of my business.”

“I never want to live through my 20s. You're in your head and finding your confidence,” Aguilera said. “As you get older, you stop comparing yourself to other people and start appreciating your body and owning it.”
“Accepting yourself is what beauty really means,” she added. “As much as I also love being a glamorous girl and playing dress-up for the camera, when it all comes down to it, that's ultimately the most satisfying thing — being able to feel really good about who's staring back at you in the mirror, because 'we've got it all.'
