Defender Chelsea Renato Vega moved to his side on loan until the end of the season.
Veiga joined Chelsea from FC Basel in a seven -year deal last July for 11.7 million pounds, but it started only one match in the Premier League this season.
The 21 -year -old appeared for the first time with Portugal in October last year against Poland in the Nations League match and played in two other internationals.

Veiga joins the Juve team in the fifth place in the first division, two points behind Lazio fourth but 16 of the leaders Napoli.
Veiga hopes to get more opportunities in Juventus, who struggled with defense injuries. Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal comes out with injuries in the front cruciate ligament, while Danilo left the club in the mutual agreement on Monday.
Chelsea manager Enzo Marisca Vega urged to stay last week, saying: “If there is a player who just wants to play in one position, they will struggle.”
