Amateur side West Hull beat National Conference League rivals Hunslet ARLFC 24-18 to set up a third round tie with 13-time St Helens in the Betfred Challenge Cup.
Goal Vikings stunned the London Broncos in their first as a professional club, beating them 17-10 at Rosslyn Park to book a start against Wakefield Trinity.
The Vikings, coached by three-time Cup winner and former England striker Scott Taylor, came from 10-0 down to earn the victory.
The Broncos only featured a handful of regulars from their Premiership side last season but initially looked on course for victory after two early tries from Conor O'Byrne and Sadique Adebi, but Tom Halliday scored for the Vikings late in the first half as they dominated Second period.
Former Leeds center Thomas Means brought level with a long-range effort, then Mackenzie Harman's cross-court effort scored an interception and Rhys Dayan added a goal.
They will be joined in the final 32 by community clubs York Acorn RLC and Wests Warriors of London, who are set to face Premier League heavyweights Hull FC and Leeds Rhinos respectively.
York Acorn, who were the community's most successful club in the 2024 Cup winning four matches to earn a fifth-round tie in Halifax, beat Oulton Raiders 22-2.
Meanwhile, the West Warriors of the Southern Conference League thrashed British Army 36-18 to earn a tilt at 14-time winners Leeds Rhinos.
