A few days after welcoming her third child into the world, Brittany Mahomes He shares the ins and outs of custody of his daughter, Golden Ray.

“When I found out I was having a baby girl, my mind immediately turned to pink in the nursery,” Brittany explained as she showed off the red walls with gold accents throughout.
“I really wanted to go with a very pink and warm color with Golden's nursery,” she added. “And obviously tying in the gold to match her name is where we got most of the inspiration for her room.”
While the video revealed the small details of their baby's room, Brittany shared what she believes is the most important piece inside the room, revealing the comfortable rocking chair in one corner of the room.
“I think that's the most important part of the nursery when you build it. You spend a lot of time in that chair as a mother, whether you're breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, reading books, or doing your nighttime routine,” she explained. “So it should be “Comfortable.”
Instead of using a wheelchair, Brittany said she chose an ottoman so she and Patrick would feel comfortable using the chair.
“I designed the ottoman because Patrick is much taller than me, so we can adjust it to fit our legs depending on who's sitting on it,” she said.
The mother-of-three also showed off one of the bookshelves in the nursery, revealing one of the “very cute” detail changes they made.
“We changed the handles for golden bows. For a little girl, the bows are very cute and obviously match her name,” Brittany noted.
In addition to the gold items, Brittany said Cage and children She took inspiration from her middle name, Ray, adding “sun-inspired elements” throughout as well.
“The perfect space for our perfect baby girl,” she wrote on Instagram. “I couldn't be happier with the way they brought my vision to life. We'll be spending a lot of time in this comfortable space.”
Brittany and Patrick welcomed Golden Raye on Sunday, January 12. Golden joins her two older brothers, 3-year-old Sterling Skye and 2-year-old Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III.
