Chelsea gathered after the break to come from a goal and beat West Ham on Graham Potter's return to Stamford Bridge.

The host side was of some kind for large periods, and visitors to the organized Potter benefited well from due progress at the end of the first half through Jarud Bowen.

However, a very improved screen was rewarded in the second half when Pedro Nito swept the equalizer.
