“Ms. Lively was forced to address concerns about Mr. Baldoni and Mr. Heath's misconduct with them directly, and began doing so months before filming began. The concerns she raised were not just her own, but those of other actresses and crew members, some of whom have spoken out as well.”
According to the documents, some of the demands addressed included no more nude videos or photos of women being shown to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni or Heath's past “pornography addiction”, no more discussions about their personal experiences with sex, and no more Descriptions of their sexual status. Private genitals, no more adding sex scenes outside of what was in the original script, no more discussions about Blake's weight or his dead father, and more.
At that time, all parties agreed that the conduct would cease. Despite the agreement, Lively alleges in the complaint that Baldoni carried out and participated in a “social manipulation” campaign to destroy her career and reputation.
In a statement submitted to New York Times“I hope my legal action will help bring down these vicious retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct, and help protect others who may be targeted,” Lively said.
Additionally, Lively denied that she or any of her representatives planted or spread negative information about Mr. Baldoni or Wayfarer, according to the Times.

“These allegations are completely false, outrageous, and intentionally indecent with the intent to publicly hurt and reshape the narrative in the media,” Brian Friedman, an attorney for Baldoni and Wayfarer, told the Times.
Friedman added that Wayfarer, its executives and its public relations team “did nothing proactive or retaliatory” against Lively. Friedman claims Lively's complaint is “another desperate attempt to repair her negative reputation.”
