Baron Corbin announced a big match after his WWE exit

Baron Corbin's first match since his departure from WWE has been revealed. Lone wolf The promotion has expired before Crown Jewel 2024.

The veteran's contract with the promotion expired last year and the company decided not to renew his contract. It was announced today that Corbin's first match outside the promotion will take place on January 19 in New York City.

The former Money in the Bank winner will play as Tom Pestock (real name) in a Bloodsport match against Josh Barnett at The People vs. GCW 2025 event at Hammerstein Hall this weekend. The 40-year-old announced the bout on Instagram today and you can check out his message in the post below.

Baron Corbin spent twelve years with the Stamford-based company before leaving in 2024. He held the United States Championship during his time on the main roster and won the NXT Tag Team Championship with Braun Breaker as well.

Baron Corbin recently predicted that his daughter will become a WWE star in the future.
