“There are times in my life because of my mental health when I feel very lonely, even when I go out to dinner with friends,” Tisdale (39 years old) wrote in an emotional post that she shared on her page. Instagram Stories on Saturday, January 11.
She continued: “This experience has shown me how many wonderful people there are in my life, and I am not alone at all.” “The amount of people checking in with each other is absolutely amazing. You realize in the dark moments that you have each other. The human connection is not lost. Shout out to the group of mothers who are at the highest of highs and the lowest of lows.”
Tisdale went on to tag several of her friends in the post, including Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore and Meghan Trainor.
In another candid post, Tisdale also spoke about how difficult it is to raise children during such a heartbreaking time.
She posted, according to what she reported, “It's all exaggerated.” Entertainment tonight. “I'm trying to parent my child while I'm so scared I'm calling my parents. I'm in shock.”
Tisdale and her husband, Christopher French, have two daughters, Jupiter Iris and Emerson Clover.

Tisdale's BFF, Moore, 40, has also been vocal on social media about the devastating fires and how they're affecting her and her family, including her in-laws who she says lost their home in the fire.
“We were able to park our cars and walk down our street to bear witness to all the loss,” Moore wrote in one. Instagram share On Friday, January 11th. “Miraculously, the main part of our house is still standing. for now.”
“It's not livable, but it's mostly intact,” Moore continued. “We lost Taylor and Griffin's studio with every tool and piece of equipment they owned. We lost the garage and the back house. Everyone we knew lost everything. Every house on our street was gone. My parents. My brother and sister-in-law — 6 weeks after welcoming their first child. Our best friends A strange feeling of survivor guilt. We love this community and will do everything we can to help rebuild and support.
