Ange Postecoglou has revealed that Ben Davies has suffered a 'setback' in his recovery, meaning Tottenham Hotspur could be left without any fit centre-backs against Wolves.
Davies has been out since the start of December with a hamstring injury but was due to at least return to the team in time for Tottenham's clash with Wolves on Sunday.
However, Postecoglou has now revealed that Davies will be out for a bit longer.
Postecoglou told reporters on Friday (via BBC Sport). He added: “Unfortunately, he suffered a setback in training, so he will likely be out of action for a few weeks.”

Tottenham's 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest It proved costly not just because of the points they dropped or their drop to 11th in the table.
The Lilywhites also had to withdraw Radu Dragosin late on due to injury, while full-back Jed Spence was sent off for two yellow card offences.
“It's a little early to tell,” Postecoglou said of Draguin's injury.
“He obviously broke his ankle last night and felt like he couldn't continue. We'll have to wait and see.”
If Dragusin missed that means Tottenham He will be without a natural centre-back against Wolves on Sunday, with Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven also injured.
In a worst-case scenario, Spurs will be left without five defenders and their goalkeeper, while Destiny Udoji is still to regain full match fitness after starting a game for the first time since December 12 against Forest.
“There have always been problems at different times, but not to this extent,” Postecoglou said.
“I think we had about 10 players in the first team unavailable for a significant number of games.
“We've been through this for a long time, and we haven't had any other issues, but the nature of football and the scheduling that we had, we were always on a fine line.” Of the ability to pass.
“It's another test for us, but that's what it is, whatever we have to deal with, we'll deal with it and get ready for Sunday.”
