Air traffic monitoring staff was “not normal” at a time when a military helicopter and passenger plane in Washington, DC, killed 67 people, and Transport Minister Sean Duffy acknowledged.
The American media reported that the Rigan National Airport Tower was exposed to the players during its crash on Wednesday, according to a government report.

“I will take the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) with their speech that it was not normal,” Dofi said when asked about reports during the Fox News Sunday program.
“This was part of the review process that we have to do,” Dofi said.
He explained that there was “unification of air traffic monitors an hour before it was supposed to happen during the period of this accident. Likewise, what is the appropriateness of that?”
Duffy raised questions about whether the consoles units “passed the traffic appropriately appropriately, in line with the procedures in the FAA”, as well as the helicopter.
A member of the National Transport Safety Board of Directors (NTSB) said that the initial data revealed that the helicopter was flying at a speed of 200 feet (60 meters). The helicopter air planes are located in the area near Reagan National Airport, 200 feet.
Duffy also questioned the timing of his journey.
“Why do they fly a task at nine o'clock at night through a really crowded air space … instead of flying in that task at one in the morning, when there is little traffic?” He asked.
“I want our army to be trained and ready to go, but I also want the air travelers to be safe as well, and there is time and place to do this, not at nine o'clock at night when there is a dense traffic.”
NTSB officials said on Thursday that investigators are considering a number of factors, including the height, to determine the cause of the accident, but they have not yet taken any general conclusions.
There were 64 passengers on the US Airways flight when they collided with air in the air with a Black Hawk helicopter carrying three soldiers. There were no survivors.
Dozens of family members gathered at the scene of the accident on Sunday morning.
They arrived at the rented buses with the police, and they first traveled to the scene of the accident and then to a runway where the journey was supposed to land.
Duffy said the United States has a chronic problem with air traffic controller.
American media reported that more than 90 % of the country's air traffic control facilities operate below the recommended employment levels in the Federal Aviation Administration.
“We haven't had enough air traffic monitors in America for a very long time,” Dofi said, adding, “They have been emphasized. They were exploited. They are exhausting. This is not an excuse. It is just a fact of what we have in the system.”
The new Minister of Transport said that he was working with the Federal Aviation Administration to train new air traffic monitors and “he has a plan that will come out to fix the problem, but the problem is that you cannot turn a key and get air traffic monitors here tomorrow.”
