Federal authorities in Texas charged Cameron John Wagenius, 20, with two counts of unlawful transfer of confidential phone record information on December 20 and Indictment It was revealed this week.

The indictment accuses Wagenius of selling “confidential phone records” over the Internet.
“We are aware of the arrest of a Fort Cavazos soldier,” Fort Cavazos told Fox News Digital. “The 3rd Armored Corps will continue to cooperate with all law enforcement agencies as appropriate.”

Wagenius will then be extradited to Seattle where the case is being processed.
