A gunman killed at least 10 people, including two children, in southern Montenegro, police said.
At least some of the deaths occurred inside a restaurant in the Cetinje area, before the suspect moved to other locations.
Public radio RTCG quoted a police official as saying that a verbal altercation between guests preceded the shooting.
The suspect remains at large and a manhunt is underway. Prime Minister Milojko Spaić described the shooting as a “horrible tragedy”.
