The House plans to vote on another CR proposal Friday morning to avoid a looming partial government shutdown Republican Party lawmaker He told reporters on Capitol Hill.
Speaking to reporters outside House Speaker Mike Johnson's office, Rep. Ana Paulina Luna, R-Fla., said lawmakers are “very close to reaching an agreement” and that a vote could take place at 10 a.m. Friday.
“I don't think the government is going to shut down. You guys are going to see some great things, very similar to President Trump's plan yesterday,” the congresswoman said.

Luna also added that “there will be no deals with Democrats.”
