Jay Z's lawyer He pokes holes in a rape defendant's version of events as his legal team works to preserve evidence in the crumbling case.

The rapper asked a judge to order attorney Tony Buzbee and the unidentified accuser to “preserve all evidence relevant to this case” after multiple inconsistencies were revealed, according to a court filing obtained by Fox News Digital.

The woman who accused Jay Z of Sean “Diddy” Combs raped her When she was 13, she admitted in a new interview that she “made mistakes” in her legal complaint against the musicians.

“The timeline, location, and occurrence of the events alleged in Plaintiff's complaint are made impossible by these admissions,” Jay-Z's attorney wrote.

“The factual inconsistencies, the impossibility of the timeline, and the lack of supporting evidence make Plaintiff’s claims… completely unreliable.”

One glaring discrepancy cited by Jay-Z's team was the accuser's claim that she was attacked at an after-party she hosted at a private residence.

“It refers to a house that supposedly fits the description of the location of the alleged assault, but no such house exists,” court documents said. “The plaintiff’s claims become even more questionable when the nightclub evidence is considered.”

Jay-Z's lawyers pointed out that Diddy was actually photographed at two separate parties at nightclubs after 2000 VMAs. The “I'm Gonna Miss You” rapper was spotted at both Twirl and Lotus in New York City.

“The factual inconsistencies, impossibility of timeline, and lack of supporting evidence make plaintiff’s claims… completely unreliable,” the rapper’s lawyer wrote.

Buzbee, who represents Jane Doe, acknowledged that the case was examined by a different firm and referred to Buzbee's law firm.

“Our client remains firmly adamant that what she said is true, to the best of her memory,” the lawyer said. He told NBC News In an email message. “We will continue to examine her claims and collect corroborating data to the extent they exist. Because we questioned her extensively, she even agreed to take a polygraph. I have never had a client suggest that before.”

“In any case, we always do our best to vet every claim, just as we did in this case. This was so distressing for her, that she had seizures and had to seek medical treatment due to the stress.”

Jay-Z's legal team also highlighted the accuser's story about how she left the party. In the lawsuit, obtained by Fox News Digital, the woman claimed she fled the party after the alleged rape and ran to a gas station.

“I was upset, and the person at the gas station could tell I was visibly upset, and she let me use the phone. I called my dad because he was the only person I trusted at the time. I told him I made a mistake.” “I needed a ride home,” she told NBC News. “We went home in silence. He didn't ask me what happened. He didn't ask me what I did or where I was.”

However, her father does not remember making the more than five-hour drive from Rochester to New York City.

“I feel like I'm going to remember it, but I don't,” he told NBC. “I have a lot going on, but I mean that's something that will definitely stay on my mind.”

Buzbee explained, “We agree that he said he didn't remember. His daughter explained that he was in no condition to remember during that time period due to personal issues he was having at the time. We're talking about a time frame of over 20 years ago.”

The victim alleged in the lawsuit that she was “identified with several celebrities” when she arrived at the party and was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The 38-year-old revealed who she spoke to in an interview conducted after the case was filed in court.

“I'm talking to, like, Fred Durst, and Benji Madden, about his tattoo, because, you know, about his 'Last Supper' tattoo, because I have a religious background, so it was just something to talk about,” she told NBC.

Jay-Z's lawyers also went after Buzbee in the lawsuit, citing the Texas-based attorney's misconduct on several occasions, including during his time representing Los Angeles socialite Rebecca Grossman. Buzbee's conduct while representing the criminal defendant was reprimanded by the presiding judge at the time, according to a legal filing filed Dec. 18. Grossman was sentenced To 15 years to life imprisonment for the death of two young boys who were crossing the street. She was found guilty of second-degree murder and other charges stemming from a Sept. 29, 2020, crash that killed Jacob Iskander, 8, and Mark Iskander, 11.

“We cannot have the defense violate pretrial rulings and expose the jury to evidence inconsistent with those rulings,” the presiding judge rebuked Buzbee for his conduct, noting that if he persisted, the court would punish him. She will “consider financial sanctions against (Buzbee) and report to the state bar,” according to court documents.

Jay-Z added to Jane Doe v. Combs on December 8. The amended complaint called the rap mogul “Celebrity A.”

In the new version of the lawsuit, the 13-year-old became disoriented and found a bedroom to rest after one drink. It appears that Jay-Z, Diddy, and the female “Celebrity B” followed the girl into the room. According to the court document, she “immediately recognized the three celebrities.”

The lawsuit states that Jay-Z raped the girl, and Diddy then allegedly raped the plaintiff, all while watching “Celebrity B.”

The “Empire State of Mind” rapper strongly denied the allegations in a statement shared on Roc Nation's social media.

“These allegations are so heinous in nature that I am urging you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Anyone who commits such a crime against a minor should be locked up, don't you agree? These alleged victims deserve true justice.” If so, partially written.

Diddy also denied the accusations against him.
