Giselle Bellico told a crowd of reporters outside court that she was thinking of her children, grandchildren and all the other families and victims of stories “often in the shadows,” saying, “We have the same struggle.”
She added that she has never regretted waiving her right to anonymity and “opening the doors” to the trial so the community could see what happened.
