advisor to President-elect Trump Alex Prusiewicz, who was leading the campaign, fainted and collapsed while speaking on stage during a Young Republican Club event in New York on Sunday night.
Brusewitz, 27, was introducing incoming senior White House aide Dan Scavino inside a A place in Manhattan A video clip on social media showed that when he started stumbling over his words and fainted.
Many people quickly rushed to his aid after he collapsed. It was not immediately clear why he fainted.
Master of ceremonies Raheem Kassam, also a former aide to British Conservative politician Nigel Farage, later assured the audience that Bruesewitz was doing a good job behind the scenes and that he asked if he “looked great” when he fainted.

“I talked to our friend Alex Bruesewitz and you know what he said to me? He said ‘Do I at least look cool?’ I said to Alex, ‘I used gravity like I’ve never seen anyone use gravity before in their life.’” “But he's recovering there, so encourage him hard so he can hear you.”
Trump also said after the collapse that he thought Brusewitz would be OK, according to The Guardian New York Post.
“I know Alex is going to be okay because he's the son of a tough gun,” Trump said. “There's no doubt about that. So I want to say hello to Alex, because he's a very special guy.”

Bruesewitz is CEO of consulting firm X Strategies LLC, which states its mission is to help elect “America First” candidates. Its website says he is a “prominent political consultant and strategist known for his steadfast support of President Donald Trump and the America First agenda.”
The site adds that Bruesewitz “was the driving force behind the effort to… Republican defeat “Who are fighting against Trump and MAGA and working to replace them with Republicans who are fighting for the values we hold dear.”

Before his collapse, Prowitz appeared fine while praising the New York Republican Club for its support of Trump's campaign. He also saluted many of the incoming president's supporters who were in attendance at the event, including former Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz, who recently resigned from his seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
