Tottenham won over host Southampton 5-0 on Sunday evening.
Tottenham scored all five of their goals in the first half, and took the lead in the first minute through James Maddison.
Captain Heung-Min Son scored the equalizer after 10 minutes, before Dejan Kulusevski added the third goal just two minutes later.
There was more misery for Southampton when Pape Matar Sarr scored a stunning goal to make it 4-0, and Maddison then scored a brace on the stroke of half-time.

How did that happen?
The guests made their intentions clear from the start, and took the lead after 45 seconds.
Spence's powerful run and timely through ball found Maddison, who calmly slotted past Alex McCarthy to open the scoring.
It was the quickest goal Tottenham had scored in the Premier League since 2018, and it set the tone for the carnage that followed.
Southampton did not have enough time to regroup before Tottenham scored again in the 12th minute.
Maddison's precise cross found Son at the back post, and the Spurs captain slotted the ball home to double the lead.
Moments later, Son turned playmaker, sending a low cross into the box.
Although Solanki saved Jan Bednarek's challenge, Kulusevski was on hand to slot in the rebound to make it 3-0.

Southampton's defense was in tatters, and Spurs took more advantage in the 25th minute.
Sarr took possession of Son's pass, danced in front of Wood, and scored the fourth goal for Tottenham. Southampton fans could only watch in despair as the relentless visitors continued their dominance.
The first half ended on a fitting note with Maddison scoring his second goal of the match in stoppage time.
Son's delightful pass found Maddison inside the box, and the playmaker expertly cut inside the ball before firing into the far corner to complete the first-half goal.
To their credit, the Saints did try to salvage some pride in the second half, creating several chances through Adam Armstrong and a lively Dom Ballard.
However, Fraser Forster, returning to his former club, was equal to their efforts, making crucial saves to keep the clean sheet.
Southampton struggled to penetrate Tottenham's resolute defense, while the visitors came close to adding a sixth goal, and substitute Brennan Johnson narrowly missed the goal from a cross pass from Timo Werner late in the match.
The win marked Tottenham's biggest away win under Postecoglou and their first ever five-goal first half in the Premier League.
For Southampton, it was a humbling night that highlighted the gap between them and the best teams in the league.
