Last summer, Chelsea beat Liverpool to the signing of Moises Caicedo, and history could repeat itself in 2025, with both Premier League giants showing interest in another Brighton talent.

The Reds have agreed a £111m deal with Brighton to sign the midfielder during the summer of 2023, but after prioritizing the London club, the Ecuadorian international will opt to move to Stamford Bridge as part of a deal. A record British deal worth £115 million.

Both Premier League clubs are now interested in Seagull's Joao Pedro and it would require a fee of around £100m to sign the striker in 2025 as Brighton have no plans to offload the 23-year-old at the moment, according to reports. TBR Football.
