The British economy unexpectedly contracted in October, according to data from the UK Office for National Statistics (ONS).
The Office for National Statistics said that gross domestic product fell by 0.1%. He said on Friday, with officials attributing the contraction to lower production output.
This represents the second consecutive economic contraction in the country, after the GDP fell by 0.1%. In September.
