“I just wanted to thank you guys for everyone who has supported me throughout my journey, and as always, most importantly, thank you to my fans,” he said. “You guys give me a lot of freedom to make the music I want to make.”

Judge Cynthia Chappell sentenced Whalen to seven days in a DUI Education Center and two years of supervised probation.
“Earlier today (12/12/24), Morgan Wallen appeared in Davidson County Circuit Court presided over by Judge Cynthia Chappell where he entered a conditional plea pursuant to Tennessee's diversion law which does not result in a conviction,” Wallen's attorney, Warrick Robinson, said in a statement. Statement shared with Fox News Digital.
“The plea agreement with the District Attorney’s Office requires Mr. Whalen to spend 7 days in a DUI Education Center, be on probation for two years – one year for each of the misdemeanor reckless endangerment charges – and pay a $350 fine and court fees upon successful completion of probation, the charges will be eligible for dismissal and expungement.
“Mr. Whalen has fully cooperated with authorities over the past eight months, reaching out directly and apologizing to everyone involved. Mr. Whalen remains committed to making a positive impact through His music and his foundation“.
