Trump also appointed Dr. Peter Lamelas, a physician, philanthropist, and businessman, as the next U.S. ambassador to Argentina. Lamelas immigrated to the United States from Cuba and founded MD Now Urgent Care in Florida, the largest urgent care system in the state.
