The survivors of the Auschwitz camp began to commemorate the eighty anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi detention camp in Poland.
People ascended to the “death wall” and left the candles to offer their respect outside Building No. 11 in Auschwitz, where thousands of prisoners were executed by Special Security Forces officers.
Polish President André Doda also delivered a speech on the occasion of the first part of the day of honor.
