Many people may view Junbon as a banker at Champion Chase this year, but Badi Brennan is not completely sure and believes that there is a strange person who can make life difficult for the favorite candidate in Shallitham.

The Nicky Henderson star achieved his 17th victory out of 20 starting earlier this month with an amazing victory over the Energumene Chamnene Champion in Clarence House in Ascot.

This led to the strengthening of Junbon at the top stakes for the Wednesday's feature at the Shallitham Festival, the race he missed last year when Henderson Seifin Baroz was infected with the disease.

The knight Niko de Benfelfille took control of the four contestants competition in Ascot, but his former rival in the weight room Brennan believes that things will be more difficult in March.

Speak on Flood podcastBrennan said: “I looked at Junbon and thought it was a great journey in such a race with four contestants as he was able to dictate,” Brennan said.

“Come to Champion Chase, it's not so easy for him. If it is possible to overcome it, it will be that day.

With the likes of Matata and El Est Francis, a different ball match will be.

“I admired Matata (in Windsor) and a person like him in Champion Chies can be something that Junbon does not need.

“When you look at the Junbon race in Shallitham when he was defeated, he has to go and fix himself. Even when he won the Chloeer race, he did not seem to be unbearable.”

Brennan also highlighted another horse for the tracker from a yard that he knows very well – Fairgrin's horse.

“Sometimes you have to choose horses for the future Sig generation Brennan said: “It looks like one,” Brennan said.

“There was a lot against it – the land and the trip – in Windsor, but in light of the obstacles to forward, something like the end of the beginners’ end of EBF MARES in Newopi, it will be one of the people who will stay on the right side of it.

“I loved the way I reached the finish line in a very competitive race.”

on Alpha jubileeBrennan said: “It was good in Windsor, but, as Paul Nichols said, that was just 20 days after Tonton,” Brennan said.

“I got a great time now before Schlentham and she definitely has a great opportunity in the Maris Starter race.

“I love the way you follow and jump with. And most of all, it will go up to the Shallitham hill.”
