Bijan Arsio, 32, was accused of assaulting the property of others with the intention of committing a crime. Palm Beach police officers responded to the club after 6 pm on Tuesday to help the secret service agents who detained someone in the property, according to a written statement from the police obtained by Fox News Digital.
Police said Arsio entered the resort from South Ocean Boulevard Street at the Northern Service Gate.
The Secret Service said that Arceo did not enter the invasion area or obtained permission to enter the protected site.
“Although the accident had no effect on our protection, we take these things seriously,” the agency said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “This detention is dealt with at the local level and we remain grateful to the Palm Beach Police Department for their quick response and partnership.”
The authorities said that there are many banners about the property that stipulates “it is forbidden to infringe on the property of others”, with high gates that remain closed when they are not in use.
Arceo is being held in Palm Beach County Prison on bail of $ 20,000, according to prison records.
