Leeds went top of the Championship table on Wednesday after beating Norwich, although the game was not without incident as Ao Tanaka should have seen red says former PGMOL boss, Keith Hackett.

Daniel Farke will certainly be pleased with a win over one of his former employers, as he maintains the Whites' top spot in the English second tier, with one of the games of the season set to take place.

While tough challenges should remain part of the game, especially in a tournament where every match is competitive, referees need to clamp down more on those tackles that put the opposition in danger.
