Exclusive: President-elect Trump on Monday will order the deployment of US forces in southern border, Eliminate Biden-era parole policies and designate international cartels as foreign terrorist organizations — in a series of nearly a dozen executive orders designed to radically reform U.S. border and immigration policy.

Fox News obtained exclusive details on three of the 11 executive orders Trump is expected to sign related to border security and immigration after his inauguration.

Under one order, Trump will immediately direct the federal government to resume border wall construction, which has largely ended under the Biden administration. The order would also end Biden-era parole policies, including the use of CBP One to parole immigrants to the United States, and paroles for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV) — under which 30,000 citizens were imprisoned each month. He is allowed to fly and is accepted on parole. About 1.5 million migrants have been allowed to enter under the CHNV and CBP One programme.

The order will also order government agencies to reinstate work Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP)known as the Remain in Mexico Policy. The Trump-era policy, ended by the Biden administration, required migrants to remain in Mexico for the duration of their asylum hearings.

The second orders the deployment of US forces to the border under US Northern Command and “will require the military to prioritize our borders and territorial integrity in the strategic planning of its operations.” It will direct the Army to prioritize US borders and territorial integrity in strategic planning.

The Secretary of Defense will be required to submit a unified command plan and military resources will be integrated with federal law enforcement and intelligence “to ensure smooth operations and maximum effectiveness,” according to a fact sheet on the order.

Fox News said: “This executive order sends a clear message that the United States intends to exercise its sovereignty over its territories and borders, and that the armed forces have a role to play in protecting our borders.”

The third order will designate cartels and international organizations, including MS-13 and the bloodthirsty Tren de Aragua, as foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs). Foreign terrorist organization designation allows for targeted actions against members, including financial sanctions.

By declaring that these organizations are operating as quasi-governments in some areas, and flooding the United States with criminals and drugs, the order would declare these organizations a threat to national security, and invoke the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to halt their operations.

The orders will be three of 11 expected border-related executive orders Trump is expected to sign on Monday. He is expected to announce some of them during his inauguration speech, and others during signings at the White House.

It is the clearest sign yet from the incoming administration that it intends to fully fulfill its core campaign promise to secure the southern border and launch a military operation. Historic mass deportation campaign

This comes after a years-long crisis on the southern border that began in 2021 and continued until 2024, and slowed after increased measures from Mexico and an executive order issued by Biden in June that prevents migrants from seeking asylum.

Trump appointed former Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Tom Homan as his “border official” to oversee border security and the deportation process. He also nominated South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem to be the next DHS secretary.

“Border security must remain a top priority.” Noem told lawmakers Friday.
