Eve Inauguration ceremony of President-elect Donald Trumpa multi-million-dollar network of socialist and Islamic organizations has scaled back its plans for a massive city-wide “resistance” and retreated to a quiet park in a corner of Washington, D.C., called Meridian Hill. They now expect a crowd of up to 2,000 people, a far cry from the 50,000 originally planned on the National Mall, the Washington Monument and Constitution Avenue NW.

But the network of well-funded organizations, which I call Vigilance Armyis pressing ahead with protests in 84 cities, which were rebranded in emails sent Sunday afternoon to supporters with the message, “Stand with the Palestinian people. We resist,” following the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. In the nation's capital, there is the ANSWER Alliance, a self-proclaimed Marxist organization headquartered in the capital, I got a permitwhich she was awarded for the smaller Meridian Hill protest after withdrawing her application to participate in the larger citywide demonstration.

The professional protest machine behind the anti-Trump “people's march.”

Although the media portrays these protests as popular movements, they are not. ANSWER Alliance operations are largely coordinated and funded by professional activism networks, just like Saturday's “People's March,” which My reports revealed It was organized by a professional, for-profit protest logistics company, Movement Catalyst LLC, which executes the events with military precision.

These professional organizers create a polished veneer of “grassroots” spontaneity for protests that are in fact carefully choreographed political theater not grassroots but rather AstroTurf. They sent out almost identical emails at around 4pm on Sunday, summoning their followers to their protests on Monday.

For years now, I've been tracking these organizations as part of my reporting for the Pearl Project, a nonprofit journalism initiative named after Daniel Pearl, the Wall Street Journal reporter, who was murdered in Karachi, Pakistan, in 2002 in the name of identity politics. And sectarianism. Democracy thrives on transparency, and the public deserves to know when protests are driven by ideological agendas masquerading as popular movements.

Members of the Socialism and Liberation Party created the Answer Coalition, an acronym for Action Now to Stop War and End Racism, after the events of September 11. She has consistently defended authoritarian regimes, including socialist governments in Russia, China, Venezuela, North Korea, and Cuba. Brian Baker, the leader of the Answer Coalition who received a permit for the Meridian Hill protest, is a staunch supporter of Marxism and socialism.

The email sent by the People's Forum on Sunday was identical to the one sent by the ANSWER coalition, indicating careful coordination between the groups. (People's Forum)

The organization's history includes incidents of anti-American incitement, such as the protest that took place last summer against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, where Zaid Muhammad Mahdawi, president of the Richmond branch of American Muslims for Palestine, wrote the phrase “Hamas Komen” on a street. Statue at Union Station. The National Park Service withdrew the ANSWER coalition's permit after the protest turned violent, with demonstrators burning American flags and clashing with police.

Michael Litterst, a spokesman for the U.S. National Park Service, told me today that the ANSWER coalition has “rescinded” its request to participate in the citywide protest. He asked the ANSWER Coalition questions about why his application was cancelled. The ANSWER Alliance did not respond to a request for comment.

The statement reveals the complex planning behind this supposedly “popular” protest, which the media is likely to portray as spontaneous:

  • 7 a.m.: “Loading equipment to the top floor of Meridian Hill Park.”
  • 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: “Possible speeches and vocal music.”
  • 12:30 pm to 12:45 pm: “Organizing the march.”
  • 12:45 p.m.: “March starts (south on 16th Street to H Street at Black Lives Matter Plaza),” near the White House.
  • 12:45pm to 4pm: “Remove equipment from Meridian Hill Park.”

The list of equipment reveals the professionalism behind these protests: one stage, 20 tables, 40 chairs, 200 portable banners and banners, a sound system, a podium, and propaganda materials, including leaflets and bumper stickers. ANSWER Coalition's statement said it plans to bring a “secure, opaque fundraising bucket.”

Behind the banners and podiums lies a well-funded operation aimed at reshaping the narrative of popular resistance into one that serves its own ideological goals.

The park service's permit reminded organizers in bold text: “Climbing, removing or otherwise striking any statue, bench, wall, fountain, lampposts, elevator towers or other architectural feature is prohibited” within the park.

The history of the ANSWER alliance raises questions about its ability to maintain order. But Litterst, the US National Park Service spokesman, told me: “D.C. courts have previously indicated that denying or imposing restrictions on permits for First Amendment demonstrations on the basis of contemplated violence is only appropriate when the threat is real, significant, and exceeds the bounds.” Reasonable control over law enforcement.”

Last week, on Website The protest was created just days after Trump's election, and protest organizers said they had about 50 “supporting” groups. Now that number has increased to 205 groupsIt is clear from the names on the growing list that their origins are far from the grassroots. I have added the new names to Public database for the Perl projectAccording to my new analysis, 58 of the groups describe themselves as socialist organizations, 25 of them are Islamic, Muslim, Arab, or Palestinian, and the remaining 122 are socialist and Islamic-adjacent. They constantly seek to destroy Israel as a state.

The “Reds” of the Tomorrow Alliance include well-funded protesters: the Answer Coalition; Code Pink is an anti-Israel group funded by Neville Roy Singham, an American billionaire residing in Shanghai and linked to the Chinese Communist Party, according to the New York Times. New York Times; the Party of Socialism and LiberationCalling for the dismantling of capitalism and aligning the United States with socialist systems; The People's Forum, a socialist group that acts as a proxy for Singham's pro-China agenda, as also documented by the New York Times; and the Democratic Socialists of America, the largest socialist organization in the United States

It now also includes a “project of a revolutionary Marxist international.”

The “green” of this axis includes: Students for Justice in Palestine, founded by UC Berkeley academic Hatem Bazian, which now sparks numerous anti-Jewish protests on campus, now banned on many campuses; The Palestinian Women’s Gathering is committed to “Palestinian liberation and beyond“; Palestinian Youth Movement, dedicated to”Mobilization, incitement and confrontation strategy“; Palestinian American Community Network, which organized Days of protests And in Chicago to disrupt the Democratic Party convention; And the American Islamic Society, which established “Survival pack“With a source from the Council on American-Islamic Relations, whose co-founder, Nihad Awad, said he was “happy” About the incursions carried out by Hamas into Israel on October 7.

The ANSWER coalition's stated purpose for protesting in Washington is to “offer popular resistance to the Trump administration,” but its real agenda is more insidious: to dismantle American democracy and promote authoritarian socialist ideologies. From Beijing to Caracas, ANSWER and its allies in the Army of Vigilance draw inspiration from regimes like Hamas that suppress dissent and limit freedoms.

As the Woke Army marches from Meridian Hill Park to Black Lives Matter Plaza, it's important for Americans to remain vigilant. Behind the banners and podiums lies a well-funded operation aimed at reshaping the narrative of popular resistance into one that serves its own ideological goals. Understanding these forces is the first step toward protecting democracy.
