A state of emergency has been declared in southern Brazil after torrential rains caused flooding in coastal towns including Balerio Camboriu and Itapima.
The footage shows partially submerged cars driving through flooded streets, and Itapima Mayor Alexandre Zepa calling for help and rescue.
