“This historic relationship demonstrates that cooperation and competition do not have to be mutually exclusive,” Ariel Schenirer, vice president of TNA Wrestling and Anthem Sports & Entertainment, said in a press release. “Our partnership allows the TNA Wrestling brand and its incredible athletes to reach a much broader audience, while giving WWE and NXT superstars the opportunity to cross borders and gain valuable experience, as they team up with one of the most talented rosters in professional wrestling today.
“The response to our collaboration over the past year has been overwhelming and both companies have benefited, but the fans have reaped the greatest rewards from the intersection of talent and this working relationship.”

TNA and WWE NXT wrestlers have already performed for each other.
