Outgoing US President Joe Biden addressed the nation from the Oval Office for the last time on Wednesday evening before Donald Trump's inauguration.
In his farewell, Biden spoke of his record of supporting democracy during his term, and warned against oligarchy and the threat of climate change, the tech-industrial complex and artificial intelligence.
