Southern charm's Madison LeCroy She always shares her tips and tricks when it comes to her diet and fitness routine.

New Year Motivation
When LeCroy jumped into her New Year's fitness resolution, she shared some uplifting words of encouragement for those who were struggling.
“It's the first week of January where we're all like, 'Okay, I'm done with this, I'm done with Dry January, I'm done with eating healthy and working out every day.'” She announced in January 2024: “ But we will keep moving forward.” Tik Tok video. “We're going to be strong, we're going to be healthy — that's the main key to all of this.”

“Can I tell you what I ate today? So I worked out, sat in the sauna, and lost some more weight. Then I had a foot-long jumbo cheese steak with a side of six medium or hot wings, with blue cheese. Rocky's beginning
When LeCroy began her journey with 75 Soft, she faced some difficulties as she began her new lifestyle shift.
“I'm on day two of 75 Soft, I know you've heard about 75 Hard, but let's be honest. I'm not going to go 75 days over the summer and on vacation without having a piña colada,” LeCroy said in June 2024. Tik Tok video. “So my issue with this is water intake. I'm given my size and height and I'm supposed to take in 96 ounces of water a day, which is six pounds. I feel like I'm drowning.”
LeCroy joked that she felt like she was “poisoned” by drinking too much fluid. While the reality TV star shared her frustration with the task, she admitted that she knew she would be “happy” once she started seeing results.
Get salty
LeCroy got candid about why she's not afraid to add a healthy amount of salt and other seasonings to her meals.
“I put salt everywhere,” she said in June 2024. Tik Tok. “I know people say, 'This is bad for you.' But I think if you're sweating and doing saunas and all that stuff, you can get away with eating a little salt. It won't kill you.”
Give things another try
LeCroy was making another healthy snack recipe and wanted to include an ingredient she doesn't normally like.

While LeCroy wasn't a fan of the smell of yogurt, she decided to make a parfait with honey, granola and berries. After taking a bite, LeCroy was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted.
