Pep Guardiola will not take up another managerial position with any club immediately after leaving Manchester City.
Guardiola recently signed a two-year contract extension at the Etihad Stadium, tying him to the four-time Premier League champions until June 2027.
The Catalan says he has no interest in remaining in club management – although he has not ruled that out in the future – but an international job could be an option.

Guardiola also said that he feels that taking a break would benefit him and perhaps make him a better coach.

The 53-year-old also explained how lonely life can be as a top-level football manager, especially when results are disappointing as has been the case with City recently.
