Delta Air Lines said a flight from Atlanta, Georgia, to Minneapolis, Minnesota, was grounded shortly after takeoff due to “an indication of an engine problem.”
Passengers had to evacuate the plane on a snow-covered runway in the middle of a winter storm.
At least four passengers reported minor injuries, one of whom was taken to hospital. The Federal Aviation Administration says it will investigate the case. More than 2,600 flights were grounded across the country Friday due to a storm.
