The decision came after their 1-0 defeat to Bournemouth last weekend as their poor season continues to see them sit 16th in the table, just one point above the relegation zone.
Everton sacks Sean Dyche hours before the FA Cup match
The Toffees have issued a very clear statement to confirm their decision to let the manager go. Statement on Read the club's official website:
“Everton Football Club can confirm that Sean Dyche has been relieved of his duties as Manager of the Men's First Team with immediate effect.
“Ian Wan, Steve Stone, Mark Howard and Billy Mercer have also left the club.”
“The process of appointing a new director is ongoing and an update will be provided in due course.

Sean Dyche failed to improve Everton's form during his two years at the club
Dyche took over struggling Everton in January 2023 and did well to keep them above the relegation zone with a final day win over Bournemouth.
However, he failed to bring any significant improvement to the team last season, as Everton finished 15th.
They continue to suffer this season, as the club has won only 3 out of 19 league matches so far, losing 8 and drawing 8.
There will be plenty of names to be linked with the position, including Jose Mourinho.
