If you've browsed Instagram, YouTube, or Tik Tok, you've probably seen a ton of different fitness trainers and trainers, but how do you know if a trainer is legit?
Over the years, I've watched hundreds of people start selling training and nutrition programs online with ZERO certifications, no experience coaching actual clients and no supervision.
It's not only misleading, it's dangerous.
Helping guide someone's training and nutrition is a huge responsibility and I don't take it lightly.
So, whether you train with me It moves Or choose another plan, which is why you should make sure it is with a certified personal trainer.
Why train with a certified personal trainer?
A coach certified through a nationally accredited program such as NASM must take extensive courses and exams to learn in:
- Basic exercise science
- Human movement science
- Fitness assessments
- Program design and Optimal Performance Training (OPT) model.
- Speed, agility and agility training
- Nutrition best practices
- Interaction with clients and professional development
Like many professions, we are also required to complete a certain amount of continuing education to ensure we keep up with the latest technologies, research methods, and training.
I have personally completed over 20 different training specialties including pre and postnatal training, agility, yoga and recently received my new certification as a behavioral specialist. Change major from Nassim.
Not all certifications are created equal.
Whether you're looking for a coach or to get certified yourself, be sure to find a nationally accredited program.
This is the only way to be sure that they are 100% legitimate and meet the highest training standards.
the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) It is one of the most respected and reputable companies where I obtain my certifications.
