Chelsea are likely to offload a few players in the upcoming January transfer window, and one of them could be of interest to Barcelona.
Sources familiar with the situation reported Caught out That the Blues' unsuitable future for Christopher Nkunku is in doubt, and that Barcelona could consider taking him on loan if they fail to sign Dani Olmo.
Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has not found much space for Nkunku so far this season, so it might make sense for the France international to consider a temporary move away from Stamford Bridge.
Enzo Maresca hints at a “wonderful” deal with Chelsea!
Caught out It was previously said about it Nkunku is looking to push for an exit from Chelsea In January this year, with Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain emerging as potential destinations.
However, Barcelona could also be in the conversation amid concerns over Olmo's scoring, while Nkunku is not the only player who could leave Chelsea this winter.
Chelsea part ways with the trio next January?
Caught out CFC also understands they are prepared to invite bids for Carney Chukwuemeka and Ben Chilwell in the coming weeks.
Chukwuemeka has long been admired by AC Milan, but one of the issues at the moment is the £30m asking price the Blues are asking for the young Englishman.
Although Chelsea could let Chukwuemeka go on an initial loan, it is believed they would then expect a commitment to buy for around £30m, so it remains to be seen which side will budge on that.
Chilwell's future has also long been in doubt, with Juventus monitoring his situation.
Manchester United have also previously been linked with Chilwellso one imagines there will be a fair number of suitors for a proven player.
