According to journalist Alan Nixon, via Patreon, Liverpool are now facing renewed interest in Doak ahead of January, with Palace keen to bring the teenager to the Premier League.

It remains to be seen whether Liverpool will be satisfied with ending Doak's spell at Boro, but it could also be tempting for them to allow the Scotland international to play regularly in the Championship.
Doak himself is thought to be keen on getting the chance to play in the Premier League, so this could represent the perfect opportunity for him.

It will be interesting to see if this is enough to convince Doak to stay and perhaps return to the club when they are in the Premier League next year.
