Tia Mowry She reflects on how to handle parenting during the holidays after her divorce from her ex-husband Corey Hardrict.
“Happy holidays from my family to yours! 🎄✨. “Co-parenting during the holidays is a journey — a journey filled with a mix of emotions,” Morey, 46, wrote via Instagram On Tuesday 24 December. “It's different, and yes, it can feel challenging and even lonely at times, especially when you're adjusting to a new family dynamic.”
Morey noted that she “found beauty in it” over time. “It is an opportunity for my children to build meaningful relationships with both parents, and for me, it creates a space for self-discovery, healing, and rejuvenation,” she wrote.
Along with the message, Mowry appeared in matching red plaid pajamas with her son, Cree, 13, and daughter Cairo, 6, who she shares with Hardrict, 45. The circular shots included individual photos of the two children and Mori next to the Christmas tree.
“I'll admit, as a single mom, I sometimes feel burdened because our family isn't like everyone else's. But you know what? It's okay,” she wrote. “Different doesn't mean less than. The most important thing is keeping traditions alive for my kids – because no matter what that looks like, we are still a family. 💛.”
Mowry concluded her comment with a message to “anyone navigating co-parenting or a new chapter this holiday season,” adding, “Know that you're not alone.”
“There is joy to be found, even in transitions,” she wrote. “Let's keep creating those special moments for our kids, no matter what. ❤️.”
Mori Tie the knot With Hardrict in 2008 after eight years together. She shared in October 2022 that the couple had decided on it Call it quits. The former couple finalized their divorce in April 2023.

I am grateful for all the happy times we have spent together and I want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we begin this new chapter of moving forward in our lives.
Following their split, Mowry was candid about how she and Hardict dealt with co-parenting.
