An alleged failed father who was on the run and owed more than $100,000 in child support was arrested last week while on the run. Cruise ship Authorities in Miami said.

Weaver has a total of four cases in the child support division, O'Connell said.
“Two more are ready to be charged again with more felonies,” O'Connell said.
