Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer among females. Early detection is one way to overcome it. It occurs when breast cells grow uncontrollably, often forming a lump or lump. Risk factors include age, genetics, lifestyle, and hormonal factors, although it can develop in individuals with no known risks.
On Wednesday, Cordero had her annual breast exam with Cancer Care Ontario in Canada. She posted a personal photo immediately after the examination, and advised her followers to undergo regular examinations for early detection of the disease.

“Part of self-care for women includes breast examination,” she wrote.
The American Cancer Society recommends that women ages 40 to 44 have the option of starting with annual mammograms, while women ages 45 to 54 should have annual mammograms. For women age 55 and older, mammograms may be performed every two years.
