Former NFL star receiver Antonio Brown Tuesday weighed the debate between the risks and benefits of raw milk.
He urged his followers not to drink it.
“Please don't drink raw milk. It's filthy. Sincerely. (And) infectious diseases (too),” Brown wrote in a post on X.

Brown's position on raw milk appears to differ from that of President-elect Trump's nominee for the highest health office in the United States. Robert F. kennedy jr Both Brown and Kennedy supported Trump during the presidential election.
The former Pittsburgh Steelers player spoke at a Trump rally in the days before Trump won the presidential election over Vice President Kamala Harris. Kennedy withdrew from the race and supported Trump.
President-elect Kennedy named Kennedy his nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services after the victory. Kennedy has said in the past that he only drinks raw milk and has criticized agriculture departments for cracking down on the product.

Approximately 4.4% of U.S. adults report drinking raw milk at least once each year. About 1% of adults say they consume raw milk every week, according to a 2022 FDA study.

Advocates of raw milk say there are health benefits from it as well as an overall better taste.
