Manchester United coach Ruben Amorim has discussed the uncertainty surrounding Marcus Rashford's future at the club.
The striker was left out of the squad again by the Portuguese coach for the match against Bournemouth at Old Trafford.
The Premier League giants lost the game 3-0, but much of the talk off the pitch was about Rashford's future at the club.
This was the third match in a row that Rashford had sat outside the team and watched from the stands.
It all started with the Manchester derby when he was dropped for the first time and then continued in the next match against Tottenham in the League Cup and then again in the Premier League against Bournemouth.
The striker expressed his desire to take on a new challenge in his career and claimed that he would not have any hard feelings if he left the club.
Amorim failed to clarify Rashford's situation after the defeat against Bournemouth.
“It is my decision and always will be.” Amorim said, as he reported it woman.
“It's a choice. I want to see the best in my players and try different things with different players. That's my focus.”
The Red Devils could lose another player alongside Rashford
Amorim was asked if Rashford would be selected for the upcoming match against Wolves, and the Manchester United manager replied:
“It depends. We'll see.”
Is Marcus Rashford's career at Manchester United over?
There appears to be no way back for Rashford at Manchester United and he is set to be allowed to leave the club.
After being ruled out for three matches, Amorim made it clear that the England striker is not part of his plans.
The 27-year-old has failed to find his form this season and some of his off-field issues have troubled him and his consistency.
A move away from the club on loan in January appears to be the most likely solution at the moment.
Giants League Barcelona have been linked with the move For the Man United star.
