Sean “Diddy” Combs He faces a new $15 million sexual assault lawsuit as his legal troubles continue to grow.
Latroya Grayson claimed Didi was sexually assaulted When she was 23, according to a civil complaint filed Friday and obtained by Fox News Digital. The woman, who resides in Oklahoma, claimed she was invited to a party hosted by the rap mogul in 2006.
The court document said Grayson attended a “black party” on October 16, 2006, then woke up in the hospital the next morning. “When (Grayson) returned to her hotel, she called a friend and explained that she was not sure what had happened to her, but she believed she had been drugged, assaulted and robbed with no memory of how she had gotten to the hospital the last time.” “The memory was at Diddy's black party.”
“Ms. Grayson acknowledges that she has no recollection of the events alleged in her complaint, did not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are pure fiction.”
The woman did not remember anything that happened after she had two “contagious drinks” at the party.
She claimed that when she woke up in the hospital, “her shirt was torn, her underwear was missing, she was not wearing any shoes, and the money she traveled with had been stolen.”
After returning to Oklahoma, Grayson allegedly received a phone call from an unidentified woman who “threatened (Grayson) and told her that any attempts to pursue anything related to the assault (her) would be futile because defendant Combs was a 'celebrity' and that (Grayson) would be lost.” “Only then.”
In the filing, Grayson included hotel receipts along with copies of flight information related to her travel from Oklahoma to New York City.
