Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has been ruled out by coach Ruben Amorim once again for the match against Bournemouth in the Premier League.
This was the third match in a row in which Rashford lost to the Red Devils.
It all started with the Manchester derby and Amorim decided to do the same in the next two matches, the League Cup match against Tottenham and the Premier League match against Bournemouth.
Club legend Gary Neville believes the England striker is now set to leave the club and that his relationship with the Premier League giants is now beyond repair.
The pundit claimed that something had gone wrong for the 27-year-old at Manchester United and that his time at the club was likely over.
“Marcus Rashford’s absence is not a surprise anymore. It is something of a norm.” The 49-year-old said Sky Sports.
“If you leave him out for three games in a row, something is already going wrong or something has gone wrong.
“It doesn't look great for Marcus's future at the club or for Manchester United to keep him. I think it's getting to the point in the journey where there's an inevitable end.
“If you had told me seven or eight days ago whether Rashford could leave in January, I would have said no chance.”
Marcus Rashford would be better off staying away from Manchester United
Rashford has struggled for form since the start of last season, and some of the issues he has faced off the pitch have not helped his cause.
The striker has failed to live up to his potential at the club and sadly for both player and club the situation is now almost impossible to fix.
The childhood Manchester United fan was linked with a move away from the club in January, and a loan move at this stage looks very likely.
